Corporate Sponsorship Fort Worth United Soccer Club is excited to offer sponsors increased exposure through association with the many community events that Fort Worth United hosts.  In addition to reinforcing recognition among FWU members, FWU Classic tournament participants, and Fort Worth United Soccer Camp attendees, FWU can raise awareness at our field camps and clinics, FWU hosted Inner City Development league, and through our partnerships with other related third parties. About Fort Worth United Soccer Club Fort Worth United Soccer Club, a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization, is Fort Worth's oldest and largest competitive soccer club.  Fort Worth United is dedicated to the ongoing development  of soccer skills for children and young adults in an environment that serves to teach and promote confidence, achievement, and wholesome moral values. In addition to soccer instruction and training, Fort Worth United offers a comprehensive College Bound program which serves to provide our area players with assistance in obtaining higher educational opportunities.  Our College Bound program provides a structured roadmap and comprehensive recruitment materials for our college bound players.  Furthermore, our relationships with higher level learning institutions provides assistance for those players who chose to pursue advanced educational opportunities. Additionally, as Fort Worth's oldest and largest competitive soccer club, Fort Worth United recognizes its obligation to "give back" to the local communities.  Fort Worth United offers assistance to our area players and associations including, but not limited to, the following: Fort Worth United offers free training and development camps/clinics for area youth.  Each year, Fort Worth United offers free weekly training sessions in Crowley, Burleson, Fort Worth, Aledo, Weatherford, Keller, and other area associations. Fort Worth United offers free use of our exclusive practice facilities for underprivileged teams.  In 2006, FWU allowed weekly use of its facilities to two central city soccer teams who were unable to secure a suitable practice location and could not afford to lease facilities. Fort Worth United provides league play and instructional opportunities for area inner city players.  Fort Worth United hosts the Inner City League for qualified players who wish to play soccer in a structured environment but could not otherwise afford to do so.  Beginning in January 2007, the FWU hosted inner-city league offered assisted playing opportunities for 8-10 area inner-city teams.  It is a Fort Worth United primary objective to to incorporate public/private partnerships and give children from inner-city, underprivileged backgrounds, the opportunity to grow and develop in a supportive environment. Fort Worth United offers tens of thousands of dollars in soccer "scholarships" to area players who wish to pursue competitive soccer opportunities but could not otherwise afford to do so. Fort Worth United offers financial or other assistance to our area soccer organizations on a regular basis. Benefits of Corporate Sponsorship Your participation in the Fort Worth United Soccer Club sponsorship program tells the Metroplex area that you are committed to community involvement and the well being of our area youth.  By becoming a Fort Worth United Soccer Club sponsor, you will be more visible with your corporate logo and name on the Fort Worth United web site and/or FWU promotional materials.  Your company's name will reach hundreds of area players and their families as well as thousands of visitors to the Fort Worth United Soccer Club web site. Fort Worth United Soccer Club, Fort Worth's oldest and largest competitive soccer club, has approximately 400 active players and nearly 2,000 family members affiliated with the organization. Fort Worth United sponsored camps and clinics draw hundreds of players each year. Fort Worth United sponsored tournaments draw thousands of family members to each event (the annual FWU Classic tournament is the oldest and largest competitive tournament in Fort Worth). Questions and Answers Q: How long will my sponsorship last? A: Corporate sponsorships run from July 1 of the current year to June 30 of the following year. Q: Can you link my company's logo to a page on my site? A: Yes.  Online corporate logos can be linked to your home page or a landing page of your choice (upon request). Q: What types of events will my sponsorship generate exposure from? A: Fort Worth United hosts many events throughout the year including: Camps and clinics held in field locations throughout the area Annual FWU Classic tournament (Fort Worth's oldest and largest competitive soccer tournament) FWU's Inner City development league FWU Open Practices (June) and Tryouts (July) FWU field practices (at FWU's exclusive practice facility) Week-long development camps held throughout the year FWU's Indoor/Futsal League (Winter league) Q: What about advertisements in the FWU Classic tournament program?  Who designs them? A: Sponsors will be responsible for providing full-page and blow-in ad designs. Dates, and Deadlines Sponsorship form and logo must be received by Fort Worth United Soccer Club by the following dates in order to be included in these promotional materials:   Event or Material Deadline   FWU Classic Tournament Program (May event) March 1 FWU Classic T-shirt March 15 Promo materials in new player contract packets June 1 Instructions Complete the sponsorship form and mail to the Fort Worth United Soccer Club office Send your logo to Fort Worth United to use in sponsorship materials Please email a copy of the corporate logo as a JPG, GIF, or TIFF file to FWU at webmaster@fortworthunited.com A file extension must be included.  For large logos, GIF or JPEG files should be no larger than 250x100 pixels and TIFF files should be 300 dpi.  Please use a white background and do not include animations. Additionally, please mail an 8 inch x 10 inch hard copy of the corporate logo to the Fort Worth United Soccer Club office.
