96 Girls Gold Volunteer to Clear Sand Pit
Many of you may have noticed that grass and weeds had nearly taken over the sand pit at Resource Connection making it unusable. Recently, as their fall service project, the 96G Gold spent several hours working on the sand pit. The girls, with help from several parents and a rototiller, worked hard clearing out over half of the overgrowth.

Fort Worth United Signing Party - 7/16/08
The Fort Worth United Soccer Club Signing Party, held July 16 at the Resource Connection practice facility, proved a big splash with the players.  While parents turned in new player paperwork and enjoyed hot dogs and drinks, players enjoyed a few pickup games against the club coaches.  The biggest draw though, proved to the the "dunking booth".  Players lined up to take shots at the target in hopes of sinking the coach under three-feet of water.

On Sunday, December 4, the Fort Worth United Soccer Club coaches took on the Fort Worth United players in a "friendly" game at Fort Worth United's new practice facility.
