The FWU Travel and Services Portal program is a partnership, available specifically for non-profit organizations such as ours, between FWU and the travel booking company.  As a result of this partnership, a portion of the commission is donated back to Fort Worth United Soccer Club.

How to use the travel services for individual travel
To book individual travel arrangements and/or other services, simply visit the FWU Travel and Services Portal - http://www.ytbtravel.com/fwuadmin.  Search for your hotel and book online.

Group travel
For travel agent arranged group travel (i.e. team travel arrangements), the minimum group size is 20.  Download the FWU Group Travel Request form, complete the form, and fax to the number listed on the form.  The Club travel agent will process your request.

For smaller groups, log in to the Travel Portal (managers can contact the webmaster for log in information), and select Agent Tools.  Click Groople on the left-hand menu.  Search for the hotel online, make your choice, and send an invitation to team members so they can access the site and supply their credit card numbers.

A third option for group travel is to simply contact the hotel and ask for their "commissionable" rate.  Give them our YTB travel agent number (#228521) and FWU will receive the travel commission off of the sale.

Event itineraries
Teams members will receive a travel itinerary for all travel events.  A copy of the itinerary template may be downloaded here.

For Fort Worth United Soccer Club members
In addition to price breaks and commission donations, the FWU Travel and Services Portal also provides a means for Fort Worth United to track travel related expenses incurred by our coaches and managers.  FWU Coaches and Managers should use the FWU Travel Portal to book all tournament and travel related items.

Parents and players are asked to utilize the FWU Travel and Services Portal for their travel arrangements too.  In addition to Club related travel, utilizing the FWU Travel and Services Portal for travel activities outside of your team (e.g. vacation planning or ticket purchases) would also serve to contribute funds back to our club.

For Non-FWU members
Fort Worth United Soccer Club is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization.  The FWU Travel and Services Portal is a partnership between leading travel agencies and our Club.  If you are not a FWU member, you can still book travel through our engine and realize the same prices and functionality as you'd find on the leading travel sites such as Expedia, Orbitz, and Travelocity with one important exception - booking through the FWU Travel Portal helps fund our youth organization.
